We’re hiring Data Analysts (SQL/Python/BI), Machine Learning Engineers, Business Intelligence Consultants, and Client Success Managers to build explainable AI, reliable pipelines, and executive dashboards—delivering real impact in a supportive, remote-friendly, outcome-driven culture.

Data Analyst (SQL/Python/BI)

You’ll turn messy, multi-source data into reliable insights that leaders can act on. Day to day, you’ll build SQL and Python pipelines, validate data quality, and publish clear visuals in Power BI. You’re comfortable translating business questions into metrics, writing clean queries, and documenting your work so others can use it confidently. Experience with data modeling and KPI design is a plus.

Machine Learning Engineer

You’ll design and deploy models that solve specific business problems—fraud detection in motion, demand and revenue forecasting with real-world signals, and workflow optimization. You care about feature engineering, evaluation, monitoring, and drift management as much as model choice, and you can explain results in plain English. Familiarity with Python, ML frameworks, version control, and production deployment is expected.

Business Intelligence Consultant

You’ll create executive-ready dashboards and semantic models that replace spreadsheet chaos with a single source of truth. You understand stakeholder needs, design self-serve experiences in Power BI, and implement row-level security, refresh schedules, and alerts. Strong communication and a knack for uncovering the “why” behind metrics will help you succeed in this role.

Client Success Manager

You’ll be the bridge between our technical teams and our clients’ decision-makers. Your focus is outcomes: clarifying goals, setting timelines, managing expectations, and making sure delivered analytics are adopted and valuable. You can read a KPI dashboard, ask precise questions, and translate feedback into actionable tasks for the team. Prior experience in analytics or SaaS client success is helpful.
